Peel the onion and cut it in small pieces. Wash the tomatoes, peel them and cut them in slices, mix them with the onions, pour oil over them, put some salt and add the peeled cucumber, cut into cubes. Slowly stir all ingredients, sprinkle grated or crumbled cheese and a small chili pepper cut into circles over them. This delicious salad is often an additive to maize flour meals (maize-flour bread, green vegetable pie), baked or boiled potatoes, fried bread slices, kebapches (pieces of grilled minced meat of longish shape) and similar meals.
