Cherry Compote with Liqueur
- Ingredients:
- 1 kg cherries

250 ml white wine

300 g sugar

50 ml sour cherry liqueur

50 ml cream
- Preparation:
- Wash the cherries

Caramel Custard
- Ingredients:
- 500 ml milk

4 eggs

1 package of vanilla powder
- Preparation:
- Split the sugar by 1/4 and melt it in proper pot
- Boil the milk, put the rest 3/4 of the sugar into the milk and leave it to chill. After that add the mixed eggs and vanilla powder.

- Leave the creme to chill into the water he was baked in
Watermelon basket with fruits
- Ingredients:
- 1 watemelon

1/2 melon

2 green apples

100 gr white grapes

100 gr red grapes

- Preparation:
- Split the wtermelon by half and remove some part from the middle to achieve fruit cup

Baked apples
- Ingredients:
- 6 big apples

70 gr dried apricot

3 spoons grounded nuts

1 teaspoon grounded lemon peel

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

100 gr. brown sugar

2 spoon butter
- Preparation:
- warm up the oven up to 190 degrees
- chopp fine the apricot and mix with the nutts, the sugar, the cinnamon and the lemon peel. Add 1,5 spoon of butter and mix again. This is the mix for the apples
